This is Gold Dust Express, a Williams/Nandell "Power Steering" resin that I gave a resculpted mane and tail to at the request of the customer. I then painted her an extremely detailed bay roan with lots of corn spots and a little broken white stripe on her face. She is owned by Alicia Isicson, and has won multiple NAN-cards and championships for her.
