This little guy was originally a Bridgette Eberl Stablemate-sized Friesian resin. After looking through a breed book one day, I came across a picture of a Lusitano that looked just like this resin (minus the feathers, of course!). So I took out my trusty Dremel and zapped off his feathers and went to work. He was then pastelled to a golden buckskin, which color I found to be very flat and unsatisfactory so I repainted him with acrylics (hence his name "Refried"). He has since had one more alteration to his color, when I used a combination of pastels and pencils to create the smutty look on his neck and shoulders.
